Disco Dive
Juniors can enjoy Disco Dive at Woodford Leisure Centre this Summer!
Children aged 8 to 15 years old can join the fun every Friday for our lively Disco Dive pool sessions in the Leisure Fun Pool. Taking place from 6.30pm to 8pm, it is the perfect way to kick off the weekend.
Entry is just £5, or free with a Live It Junior Fitness Membership!
You can either book at reception or on the app.

Dive into fun with access to three fantastic pools: the Main Pool, Teaching Pool, and Leisure Fun Pool.
Enjoy quality time together during Family Swim sessions in both the Main Pool and Teaching Pool.
We also offer dedicated SEND swim sessions each week in both the Leisure Fun Pool and Main Pool, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

Enjoy daily public swim sessions in our spacious main pool — no booking required. Just turn up and dive in for a fun, family-friendly swim experience!

Free Junior Swims are back for the summer!
Our free junior swimming sessions are back this summer as part of Healthy Holidays 2025!
No booking needed – just turn up during the session, complete a quick Healthy Holidays form, and dive in.
Free swimming for children and young people aged 15 and under.
Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Sessions can get busy, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment!

- Mondays - 10.30am until 11.30am (except for Monday 25 August)
- Fridays - 10am until 11am
Beverley Road Baths
- Tuesdays - 10am until 11am
- Fridays - 2.30pm until 3.30pm (This time has been updated from the original advertised time of 9.30am on printed leaflets. Free Junior Swims at Beverley Road Baths now begin at 2.30pm on Fridays)

- Mondays - 11am -12 midday (except for Monday 25 August)
- Fridays - 11am until 12 midday
