Get ready for a summer of fun – the popular junior swim cards are back for ages 15 and under! Enjoy unlimited access to all indoor public swim sessions during the summer holidays at:

Disco Dive
Juniors can enjoy Disco Dive at Woodford Leisure Centre this Summer!
Children aged 8 to 15 years old can join the fun every Friday for our lively Disco Dive pool sessions! Taking place from 6.30pm to 8pm, it is the perfect way to kick off the weekend.
Entry is just £5, or free with a Live It Junior Fitness Membership!

Make the Most of Your Summer at Woodford Leisure Centre!
Dive into fun with access to three fantastic pools: the Main Pool, Teaching Pool, and Leisure Pool.
Our Leisure Pool is a family favourite, featuring a wave machine, exciting slide, and interactive water play areas — perfect for a full day of fun! With regular public swim sessions throughout the day, there’s always time to splash.
Enjoy quality time together during Family Swim sessions in both the Main Pool and Teaching Pool.
We also offer dedicated SEND swim sessions each week in both the Leisure and Main Pool, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

Free Junior Swims are back for the summer!
Our free junior swimming sessions are back this summer as part of Healthy Holidays 2025! 
No booking needed – just turn up during the session, complete a quick Healthy Holidays form, and dive in.
Free swimming for children and young people aged 15 and under.
Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Sessions can get busy, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment!
