Customer Notice

Please be aware that the sauna will be closed on Monday 23 March between 8am and 12 noon due to essential maintenance.

The steam room will remain open to the public during this time.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Woodford Leisure Centre includes the following -

  • a state of the art immersive virtual fitness studio
  • upgraded fitness suite with cardio and resistance machines plus functional fitness and free weights areas
  • a family changing village to compliment our existing dry side and pool side changing facilities
  • new disabled changing places
  • new 6 lane swimming pool and teaching pool with poolpod disability access
  • 4 refurbished squash courts
