Customer Notice - Car Park
Please be advised that the Costello Stadium car park will be closed from Monday 15 June to Thursday 18 June due to resurfacing works as part of the 3G pitch development.
The stadium will remain open as usual throughout this period. Alternative parking is available in the surrounding area; however, we recommend parking at the Peter Pan end of Costello Playing Fields. Pedestrian access will remain available as normal.
Public transport will continue to operate nearby, with bus routes accessible from Boothferry Road and Anlaby Park Road North. For more information, please visit the Travel Hull website.

Costello Athletics Track reopens following refurbishment
Costello running track reopened 24 August, following the most recent works including the full replacement of the sub-base, running surfaces and line marking to the track. Other areas that have received improvements include long jump and pole-vault, track protection running rails and sand pits areas.
Detailed tracking of training and performance data for professional athletes and ambitious amateurs for integrated SMART training has been installed, which can be used alongside a smart phone placed in a running belt.
Costello Stadium includes -
- a fitness suite with a variety of cardio and resistance machines and a free weights area
- an 8 lane floodlit athletics track with field athletics areas and covered stadium seating
- a large indoor sports hall available for sporting and commercial use
- 4 floodlit outdoor tennis courts
- a fitness and sports hall for a variety of holistic, cardio and core sessions
- meeting and conference facilities
